This document outlines the policies regarding the usage and sharing of media (photos, videos, floor plans, etc.) captured by Supreme Detailing Services LLC.

1. Services Offered:

Supreme Detailing Services LLC provides a comprehensive suite of visual marketing solutions for real estate professionals, including:

  • Photography (interior, exterior, aerial)

  • Videography (cinematic walkthroughs, aerial videos, social media reels)

  • 3D Tours (Matterport)

  • Floor Plans (2D and 3D)

2. Pricing and Packages:

  • Pricing: A variety of pricing structures are available to suit individual needs and budgets. Photography pricing is typically based on the number of images delivered, while videos and aerial services are offered at a flat rate.

  • Packages (Please visit our booking site for current pricing):

    • Essential: Photography, aerial photos, and a floor plan.

    • Experience: Photography, video, aerial photos, cinematic walkthrough, and a 2D floor plan.

    • Supreme: Photography, video, aerial walkthrough, 3D tours, and a 3D floor plan.

3. Turnaround Time:

  • Standard delivery is within 2-5 business days, depending on the project scope. Larger projects may require additional time.

4. Coverage Area:

  • Service is primarily focused within a 30-mile radius of our office. Travel fees will apply to projects beyond this area, starting at $35.

5. Discounts:

  • Discounts for multiple listings or ongoing work can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Insurance:

  • Supreme Detailing Services LLC is licensed and insured, including liability and drone coverage.

7. Editing Process:

  • Photo editing is outsourced to ensure high-quality results.

  • Enhancements (sky replacement, virtual decluttering, etc.) are available at an additional cost.

8. Usage Rights:

  • Ownership: Supreme Detailing Services LLC retains ownership of all captured media.

  • Usage Rights: Clients who purchase services are granted usage rights to promote the sale of the specific property for which the media was captured.

  • Re-listing: If a property is re-listed by a different agent or agency, a new photoshoot must be commissioned.

  • Marketing: Supreme Detailing Services LLC reserves the right to use captured media for its own marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Photographer Interaction:

  • Our photographers are committed to providing professional and positive experience for all clients.

  • We aim to represent both Supreme Detailing Services LLC and our clients in a respectful and efficient manner.

10. Feedback and Revisions:

  • Feedback is encouraged prior to the shoot to ensure expectations are aligned.

  • Revisions are welcome, but multiple rounds of revisions may incur additional fees.

    11. Video and Other Media:

    • Video Types: Cinematic walkthroughs, aerial videos, talking head videos, social media reels, and live streaming of small to medium events.

    • Drone Videography: Available in both vertical and horizontal formats.

    • Music and Voiceovers: Non-copyrighted music is included unless otherwise specified. Voiceovers can be added for an additional fee.

    • Video Length: Reels (15-30 seconds), Cinematic Videos (1-3.5 minutes). Longer videos may require additional time.

    • 3D Tours and Virtual Staging: Matterport 3D tours and virtual staging are available.

    • Floor Plans: A basic floor plan is included with all interior photography packages. Upgraded 2D and 3D floor plans with measurements, furniture, and home reports are also available.

    12. Scheduling and Communication:

    • Bookings should be made through our online booking site.

    • Communication can be conducted via call, text, or email, and we will respond as promptly as possible.

    13. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • A 24-hour notice is preferred for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled shoot may be subject to a $50 fee.

    • Rescheduling made less than 8 hours before the scheduled shoot may be subject to a $25 fee.

    14. Payment Terms:

    • Payment Methods: We accept payment by check, cash, or credit card. Credit card payments can be processed securely through our online booking site.

    • Late Payment: Full payment is required before media can be downloaded from the property website.
